Zazz : SLW - Crazy for Carnage

(Pretty much spoiler free – for those who still don’t own the game)

You guys didn’t seriously think I’d pass up the opportunity to draw more pics of the Deadly Six did you?

In honor of the games North American release (and the christening of my brand spanking new Hyrule branded WiiU), I decided to do little pin ups of each member of Sonic Lost World’s newest cast of villains, starting with yours truly right here.

Zazz was probably my favorite of the group right from the start. While the rest did seem interesting enough, this guy instantly won me over. His crazy antics and over the top mannerisms are just the kind of thing I live for. Watching him strut and shadowbox all over the place in the game is simply a joy. 

His design is a bit more demonic than I first gave him credit for, but his slender build and colossal jaw are still a lot of fun to doodle on. And look at him. The dude is pink. Real men wear pink (and I’ve always been a fan of the pink/black color scheme on almost anything)

Anyway as for the picture. Noting too fancy. Tried something new-ish with his hair. I think I’ll play with something similar for the rest of the Deadly Six (It’ll look really good on Zeena. I’m looking forward to that). I like how his face came out too. Good stuff. Really pushes the crazy vibe.

Onward to lost hex people. Next stop…. Who knows? I’ll keep you lot guessing.
