Gift : Sonic and Spitfire - A lot on my Desk

First off, let me use this space to send a big Happy Birthday out to my man

Another year older. Possibly another year wiser. Certainly one more set of 365 days closer to the debilitating limitation of crippling old age… but who’s counting.

Anyway, just for you, I thought I’d whip up a little piece of fanart for your ongoing Sonic / Pony crossover. Just a little something I threw together for you to enjoy.

I guess this one is more catered toward the second arc, titled Simple Life, where Wonderbolt Cap. Spitfire spends an awful lot of her time behind her desk. Some of it is paperwork, some of it is signing autographs, but all of it is a burden reserved for the resident commander. I just wanted to throw together a couple of things to… distract her from the daily grind. A photo-ambush from the Blue Blur himself, and a little snack to take the edge off waiting for lunch.

Those of you who read the story will know the significance of that specific food, but you’ll find no spoilers here.

The photo was pretty fun. Sonic is probably right at the top of my list when it comes to Photo-Ops specialists. No where to hide when that Hog’s finger is on the shutter. He’s just having the time of his life dragging in his new friend, snapping a pic and blasting away at top speed. He’s probably the only one on the planet fast enough to make that getaway before that little pony turns on her heels and beheads anyone crass enough to make that kind of play.

At least he was nice enough to leave her a souvenir.

Okay, back to the topic at hand. Happy Birthday to Gunflame345. I thought you’d like it. On top of that, for all the wardrobe changes you’ve had me draw for Spitfire, you never asked me to draw her legit Wonderbolt garb. Well, we can’t have that now can we. ^^
