Commission: Shadow and Twilight - Dream Suite

One of my best customers started up a new account and came back to order another commission. This time wanted an image of Shadow and Twilight Sparkle inside a luxurious hotel room.

This one is again similar to other orders I have gotten from the same patron, so it built to include a Sonic X-ish coloring style on Shadow and a Shaded MLP show style for Twi. Since I have very different styles colliding in one pic, I had to try and prevent everything from clashing to hard. Hopefully I did a decent job of that,

A few clothing articles are scattered around the room. Shadow’s signature gloves, and Twilight’s coronation ensemble (Yeesh, that may be the first and last time I use that word) are a few of the noticeable artifacts. That green cloth is a cloak Shadow was wearing.

I am pretty proud of the designs I created in the background of this image. While everything isn’t perfectly aligned, I fell in love with the architecture of this room. High ceilings, indented tiles and soft subtle colors all blend together nicely. Add in a custom chandelier and you get a pretty nice room perfectly in place in any top notch hotel.
